I set those rules as a measure to prevent administrators abusing their blocking power, and because it is a requirement for wikis to have blocking rules as stated in the [[w:c:community:Wiki Rules and Blocking Policy|Wiki Rules and Blocking Policy]]. - Hello! It's nice to meet you too! I'm sorry if the blocking rules I set worried you. If you would like me to change them, feel free to let me know. I set those rules as a measure to prevent administrators abusing their blocking power, and because it is a requirement for wikis to have blocking rules as stated in the Wiki Rules and Blocking Policy.
