On the other, despite this, Igor is incredibly patient and loyal with the current Count Duckula. He is visibly upset whenever Duckula sells him off, especially so in "Arctic Circles". Perhaps he believes someday his attempts will succeed -- and either way, he has served the Duckulas for centuries, and that will not stop now. Interestingly, he does not desire to be the count, only a mere butler, demonstrated in "[[Prime-Time Duck]]".
