Hoomite is a priest of the Egyptian sun god Ra and Yoobee is his assistant. They are the custodians of the Great Pyramid and of the legendary treasure hidden inside, [[~~the~~ Mystic Saxophone]]. Igor describes them as resembling "the walking dead".

They start chanting "Upshee rises, Upshee rises." Duckula and Nanny are then able to escape.
